No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as such an appointment is not mandatory for us. For any question: contact@delphinium.pro.
Our clients are exclusively businesses. This policy applies to people who contact us on behalf of a company, and to visitors to the website.
Cookies and trackers
This website uses no audience-measurement cookies, no advertising cookies and no social network cookies. We use no analytics tools.
No cookie consent banner is therefore required on the showcase website.
The website's fonts and JavaScript libraries are hosted on the website itself. The showcase website sends no requests to Google Fonts or to any third-party content delivery network.
Contact form
The Contact page offers a form. We collect:
- your business sector;
- how you heard about us;
- your email address or your telephone number;
- the name of your house or company (optional);
- your message (optional).
- Purpose
- To respond to your request and manage the business-to-business commercial relationship.
- Legal basis
- Pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in prospecting businesses.
- Recipients
- Delphinium, and Netlify as processor (see below).
- Retention
- 3 years from the last contact, then deletion. For clients: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the statutory periods (10 years for accounting records).
The form contains an invisible anti-spam field. We do not use a third-party captcha.
Hosting and processors
The website is a static site hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Netlify also processes contact form submissions (Netlify Forms) as a processor. The data is stored in the United States.
This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses).
The host keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) to ensure the security of the service. Their retention period is limited and set by Netlify.
3D configurator
The pages /configurateur/ and /realisations/corolle/ display a scene provided by the third-party service Vectary (app.vectary.com), loaded in an embedded frame. Vectary receives the IP address and technical data from your browser, which are necessary for the display. It may use technical trackers.
See the Vectary privacy policy for more information.
The configurator stores the language you choose in your browser's local storage (key "spire.lang"). This tracker is strictly necessary for the service and does not require consent. It contains no personal data.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We make no automated decisions about you.
Your rights
You have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (in particular to prospecting) and portability. You may also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise them, write to contact@delphinium.pro. We reply within one month.
If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.
